I am an older male almost 67 years old. Sitting down puts a strain on my hip. She sat at the front area complaining about how employees acted while she was on vacation. After 1 hour of standing and waiting patiently the second customer came out from their eye exam. I ask the second employee that had been sitting with Lolita Deck for about 30 minutes,how much longer do I have to wait to make my choice of glass frames. That employee acted surprised that No one had helped me. She started to help me. While trying to help me she checked in 5 more customers. Gave 3 more customers their new glasses when they came in the store. Now 1 more hour later I am still in Visionworks trying to get my glass frames and final bill. During the last hour Lolita disappears from the front helping with customers. Lolita Deck business card says general manager. If this is the best Visionworks can hire for general manager it's a sad reflection on Visionworks. I will pickup this pair of glasses when ready. I will schedule my appointment next year. If Lolita Deck is still the general manager, then you have lost a customer for life. Lolita Deck store # 489 D is a sad excuse for an employee.

Though my…read moremom's medical records were sent to Dr. Cannon ahead of time, during the consultation, my mom was informed that the doctor could not perform the surgery due to a certain medical condition. Mind you, we drove my mother over two hours to attend this consultation/office visit. Had the doctor read the medical records beforehand, it would have saved us all a trip (time and money for the visit) - though I am sure the doctor is not complaining; he got paid. Of note, the two stars are because the person I spoke with about this situation was pleasant and understanding.
