Been trying to work with Davis Visio and Warby Parker for several weeks now to get insurance…read morebenefits. When we (wife and I) went to the store, sales reps told us that they couldn't directly facilitate insurance benefits but all we had to do was contact Davis Vision and we would receive the benefits. That went nowhere so contacted Warby Parker directly. First (didn't have the date & dollar amounts available at that phone call) was told we could retroactively apply for insurance benefits but today was just told that because we received a 15% discount for buying two pairs ($1071.00 total after "discount") we could not get insurance benefits. He suggested buying 2 more pairs without a discount and we'd be able to apply insurance benefits. I questioned that that doesn't make sense, we are not trying to get $$ from Warby Parker but that they need to submit insurance paperwork for us to get the insurance $$. Bottom line, were not given correct info at retail location and then given the run-around by Davis Visio and Warby Parker :(

As one of the reviewers notes, they typically only have one optician covering the counter, but they are both very knowledgeable and helpful. With them sharing the Dunn Bros. space, I'm sure that they get a lot of browsers, but they always seemed to be very helpful when we entered. I bought a new pair of eyeglasses and sunglasses and am very satisfied with the quality and fittings. They will validate parking for the Lawson Ramp.

They helped us both find glasses that were fun and looked great! I found 3 pairs as well as my sister did too. As I was getting checked out, I kept staring at the woman that was helping me. She had the coolest glasses on (Tom Fords). I tried them on and fell in love ( not on sale).This pair was usually out of my price range but I have good eye insurance that covered majority of them. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel confident I'm getting the best care for my eyes! I see Dr. VanMeter for my regular eye exams. She takes the time to listen to me and makes sure I'm happy with my prescription. She always manages to dig up some samples for me, despite my not-too-common prescription. The exam rooms are spotless. It's a nice, quiet setting that's perfect for folks who experience appointment anxiety. This past year was my first time ordering glasses from the store, and I'd definitely order again. The staff were extremely helpful with my indecisiveness about the frames. They had great suggestions, and I ended up with a pair I love. I initially had some issues with the fit, and they encouraged me to return as many times as necessary to ensure I was comfortable with them. Their selection of frames are on the expensive side, but they seem to be worth the price. Things to note: There's a parking garage in the same building. You can access it through the alley to the left of the clinic. They have convenient online scheduling. They also offer an online contact ordering system, but it's a little confusing to use.
