Great technician and good end result. Too bad there are no private rooms. Lady next to me talked entire time . Hard to relax.

Hi! I was sold a box today that was very expensive - $90. When I got home, I was so disappointed to find that the eyebrow pencil (worth $30) was not in there. I have called back the store several times, but nobody is picking up. I'm feeling cheated. :( I was hoping to come back and get my eyebrows done here, so if someone gets back to me, I will happily take down this review. read more

Eyebrow Design - Sunset - Note the missing eyebrow pencil. Ughh. So bummed. And they will not pick up the phone! - Eyebrow Services Near Me - South Miami, Florida

Service & quality are the best. Had a great experience with my daughter. Very knowledgeable.

I signed up in Jan for membership and in just 6 weeks I have seen a dramatic improvement in my brows. They look healthy, full and have a natural shape. I enjoy my 30 min session. it is clean and professional. The products are a must to promote hair growth. I highly recommend to give them a try. First session is free and I encourage you buy the kit. read more

Sadly seems to be going downhill! On a recent appointment they switched between a more senior and more junior member. After sitting waiting for about 30 mins I asked about timing. I was told I wouldn't wait much longer. In the end it took 1.5 hours for an eyebrow shape and color. 2 things that's not ally about 46 mins. They made me very late for my next appointment. The person threading kept pulling my [head] hair out and so I asked for tweezing. She was terrible at that too and later that day I had nasty bruises on my eyelid where she'd nipped me. About 50% of the hair was missed. Then today I go to the store to purchase 2x growth serum as these work. After spending 30 mins in traffic to get there by 6pm, I arrive and they are closed early. They are supposed to close at 7pm. Now I have at least 30 mins to go home. 1 hour wasted. Each of my last visits has been a total time waste and a terrible experience. Today they lost a client. read more

Breaks my heart to write this review but this place has rapidly declined. I went in for my usual eyebrow service and though I made an appointment online was told to wait an extra 20 minutes because i didn't book far enough in advance. I booked online 2 hours prior - why offer the time slot if you are not going to honor it? Though the girl that attended to me was seemingly fine it was apparent she was a novice. She plucked the skin above my eyelid multiple times that left a noticeable mark, she threaded some baby hairs accidentally, and was threading hairs on the INSIDE of my brow shape and seemingly randomly. The service also took noticeably longer than usual which did not allow me the time to receive the henna prior to them closing. It seems this place is now more concerned with selling you a membership and products than the actual services they provide which is a shame. A $45 eyebrow serum whose selling point was "there is a before and after picture over there" is not exactly enticing. Overall I will be returning in hopes that this was just a fluke experience but I miss the quality of service I was receiving before. read more

I just got started getting my eyebrows done, I LOVED IT!!! Have not seen my eyebrows so beautiful. I became a member. Got the serum and the brow gel I so happy will be back next month!!! N THANK YOU FOR THE BEAUTIFUL WORK!!! read more

Don't come here unless you want to leave with a rash and poorer. I spent $45 to do my eyebrows. First of all $45?! For eyebrows? That's ridiculous. They do a "Brazilian" technique which is threading on top and tweezing on the bottom. Way too expensive for what it is & I have rashes on my eyebrows from them digging into my skin with the tweezers. I'll never come back here again. read more

Great atmosphere. Pleasant clean, neat, tasteful, modern salon. Staff is very friendly, makes you feel comfortable. They listen to your request and accommodate you. I'm very picky about my eyebrows, they look great every time. I have been a monthly customer for more than a year. I recommend Eyebrows By Design without hesitation. read more

Overkill on sales.... Even tho I liked my brows, I can't stand being forced into buying stuff I don't need or want. But you can't get out of the place with having stuff waiting for you at the counter and the sad face if you don't buy ... Change your tactics and your customers will come back read more

Amazing place. I'm a member and every time they do a great job with my eyebrows. Highly recommend

These women are artists and very professional! The place is beautiful and very clean.

This was my third visit in two months. I have never had to wait. The studio is clean and has a relaxing vibe. ED uses high-quality products that last and work. I was a victim of overplucking and had thin misshapen eyebrows. I didn't know it was possible to have what they've given me. I've always had Raina do my eyebrows. She is amazing. I highly recommend Eyebrow Design Sunset. I had my reservations since I do not enjoy going to snobby Miami beauty bars. Eyebrow Design is lovely place with expert eyebrow designers. 10/10 read more

it was my first time visiting ED @Sunset, and my eyebrow technician made the experience a great one. The only part that caught me bu surprise was when I went to pay, because the fees were never explained when I checked in, or during the process, certain services were not included in the main fee. That's really the only feedback really, communicate or explain the fees to first time customers, as I personally didn't think the booster was "an option" to add i if I wanted it or not, but I wasn't made aware. read more

The place is really nice. The service is great. I go every month for my eyebrows, I bought the membership and makes me have my eyebrows looking good all year round. read more

False advertisement. They promise that the first service is free. I made an appointment for my first service free. Once you get there, they tell you that it is free if you pay for the year. Other than that service was fine. I will not go back because I don't like false advertisement. read more

was told no walk in availability and the eyebrows threading process is 30 mins?? I don't care who you are it should never takes 30 minutes I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 20 years and never ever have I had the process take more than 10 minutes. Who has time to get their eyebrows done for 30 minutes honestly. read more

First time I set my appointment the person that booked me didn't explain that you can't request a specific technician even though I had been referred to one. Then they explain their membership leaving out that the first service is $40 for brows but after that BROWS WOULD BE $80 PLUS TIP. LUDICROUS. I will never go back. read more

Great services. Natalia is really amazing. Easy to schedule an appointment. Staff is very kind, polite, and helpful.

NOT POC FRIENDLY; I came in a couple days ago and the service was great. The biggest problem for me was the shade range this company has. I have worked with several cosmetic companies over the years and their station had 0 options for women of color. Their henna was also very faint. If you're looking for something to last this isn't for you. If you're darker than fitzpatrick type 3 please look away. This truly saddens me. read more
