Five days ago, I visited Nails Perfection with my mom and older sister for pedicures. The staff was kind, and the service itself was great. During my pedicure, I used the chair's back massager. The following day, I began experiencing severe lower back pain. Since then, I've had two hospital visits, have been prescribed multiple pain medications and muscle relaxers, and have been dealing with intense pain and several sleepless nights. Based on the timing, I personally believe the chair's back massager may have contributed to my injury. I genuinely loved coming here, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Because of what I've gone through, I won't be using the massage chairs again, and I encourage others to use caution with the back massager--especially if you have any history of back issues or discomfort. This was my personal experience, and I hope sharing it helps others be aware and make the choice that's best for them.

I went like two weeks ago and I was very satisfied with Alex's performance so I decided to go back and get another pedicure even though it is five dollars more than my usual place but it is closer. This place is always busy but they have a lot of workers to keep up with the volume and they are very polite. Last time she suggested that I get my eyebrows waxed and I know that they desperately needed done but waxing make my eyes water and I and such a big baby so I did not get them done. Also last time I could not pick a color so I went through all.the color wheels before I picked a color so this time I told her to pick a color for me. Alex decided to pick a pink for me and gave me some twinkle twinkle and gave me a spider for Halloween even though I will.more than likely will be back before then. I got my eyebrows waxed this time and I barely even felt it the only thing that I did not like about that is that they do it in front of everybody. I am glad that I am not a screamer.
