She also gave me tips on maintaining them and what to use to help them grow in the places I have slight gaps. Another thing I noticed while I was sitting there waiting for my friend is that the brow artist wouldn't take her next appointment if let's say she was waiting 10 minutes for the tint to set on her 1st appointment. This is something I've experienced all the time and really dislike at salons because then you're stuck waiting till they're done with a person that came after you. If you are looking for an EXPERT who will help you grow out your eyebrows, arch your eyebrows, work with your bald spots: you must see "THE EYEBROW GURU" as I love to call her! Roxanne is the absolute BEST in South Florida when it comes to eyebrow threading, facials, body waxing, reflexology, and the beauty industry in general! I first found her in 2008 and have been addicted to her work ever since! I refuse to let anyone else touch my eyebrows, and yes, even if that means I have to walk around with bushy caterpillars until I'm able to make time in my schedule to see her! She not only asks her clients about what shape they are trying to achieve, but she LISTENS. (I can't tell you how many times I've come across an esthetician who will ask me what shape I like, and then give me the total opposite and ugly thin eyebrows instead.) If that's not enough for you, she even gives you take home tips and advice on how to help achieve and maintain that ideal shape.. And you actually get results! I got Roxanne's number from an old co-worker cause her eyebrows were on point and I needed someone closer to where I had just moved to. I texted Roxanne and got an appt for that same day. Showed up and she was ready for me right on time, right away you can tell she is a very warm and welcoming person, always smiling. She speaks perfect english in case you were worried and listens to her clients wants and needs and isn't pushy at all. She always does an amazing job and is a bit of a perfectionist, which is perfect in her line of work. She won't want you to leave the seat until your brows are exactly as they should be. I'm sure I will be seeing her for years to come as long as I stay in S. Florida. The BEST, BEST, BEST!!! great customer service been going to Roxanne for years and i always leave satisfied, her facials are extremely relaxing and she takes her time to focus on problem areas based on your skin.
