I walked in 15 minutes prior to my appointment and I was assisted without any issue. The place is clean and not too many people are in at once. I came for eyebrow service and she explained the tinting to me. My eyebrows were cleaned nicely and tint was added. It was a good experience and I am satisfied with results for the most part. The tint does come out pretty thick looking for the first day or so. I prefer a lighter, more natural look. I think by Sunday, it'll fade a bit to just how I like. Nisrine Nasire the lady who did her brows seems nice when I entered the room but her brows looked horrible and I was afraid my girl brows would look the same. So when she stepped out of the room for a second I asked my girl to sit up so I can see her brows. I was horrified when I saw it, the brows were very huge brows, uneven and looked horrible.  When Nisrine came back into the room, I asked what's going on with my girl brows and I hated how they looked.  I told her I paid for microblading and it looks like a horrible tattoo. She told me because my girlfriend didn't have much brows she did micro pigmentation,  I told her it looks like a bad tattoo.  She went and try to hide some of the bad work with permanent makeup but that made it worse.  She said after the swelling goes down it will look better I told her I've done my brows and I didn't have to wait until the swelling goes down for it to look great. Long story short  my girl saw her brows and just start crying, she don't feel beautiful she don't even wants to go to work. I called Sara the owner and instead of an apology and offer to fix her brows she trying to put all the blame on my girl. I don't get my brows done every month, more like every quarter. What impressed me from my initial visit was that Dani really took the time to plot out the shape of the brows. They offer waxing and threading, but I opt for waxing. For my recent trip, I decided to add lamination and tint. WOW - what a difference that made. I chose to do this because I was going on a trip, and thought it would be nice to have my brows look ready to go at all times, especially when I would be in the beach/pool most of the time. I absolutely love how they came out, and have received tons of compliments about them. Will definitely be back! This spot is located on alcazar in the gabled tucked away kind of by the Banana berry smoothie shop and behind a barber shop on the main part of the street. Manuela who supposedly even teaches, sells herself as a professional eyebrow specialist. They're out to get your money. I paid $700 for a job that looks like $200. I will post photos of before getting my two lasers done and after which are the current brows from Miami Brow Bar. I've been doing my brows for over 25 years. My previous technician unfortunately moved so the need arose to find a new place. I found Miami Brow Bar on Instagram and saw she did a nice job. In discussing my situation with them, I was clear and provided the areas that needed repair and adjustments before making any appointment. They assured me that they could and would work with me. Although nervous, I decided to go ahead with the procedure. Once finished, Manuela, appeared nervous. She did a darker color than my actual hair color. She told me to wait until the retouch to adjust the color and shape. During the retouch it became clear she lacked experience and care. She made them worse. Since then I have sought different opinions on the work and all have returned the same verdict. "They ripped you off because the job is not correct " I hope this helps others not become victims of this incompetence and find another place.

No warning on the upsell .I didn't ask for the master stylist or the full BLACK lashes. No warning on the extra 30 dollars for the 'master stylist' or the 30 extra for 'volume'lashes-Snotty young girl at the counter. She was playing with a necklace in her mouth .They try to make you join the club to get discounts, but they really just want to get a hold of your credit card so they could charge you every month.
