I have never cried after a brow appointment (there have been some bad ones) but this new gal butchered my thick brows into uneven wonky skinny lines and I will never come back Super friendly, takes walk ins. This place is amazing! I hardly get my eyebrows threaded after a bad experience at the eyebrow threading salon at The Orchard Town Center. But after trying again at this studio I will be getting my eyebrows done regularly! Not only are they inexpensive (even after the price raises) but they listen to what you want and know how to shape your brows to your face shape! If you are nervous about your brows being too thin you can just tell them you would like to clean up your brows and they do just that with the perfect amount of styling! I have been here three times now, I've had a different stylist each time but each time my brows look incredible! I would 100% recommend this studio! read more

AVOID THIS PLACE. I wish I can give them zero stars. Charged $15 and messed up my eyebrows. They just made my eyebrows so uneven and left a big noticeable cut. Am forced to live with this wired Eye Brow shape and cut for many days now. They are worst than a rookie learner and very far from being called experts. Chk the pics attached to see what I ended up with. They don't deserve a single penny I paid.. They should have paid me in reverse for the mess they left me with. You will LOVE everything about your brows after an appointment here. I was introduced to eyebrow threading by Simmy when she worked at another salon and I had come in for an eyebrow wax...never going back to waxing after her work with the thread! She is extremely efficient and leaves me with perfectly shaped brows every time. The results last much longer than a wax and the process is much easier! You can make an appointment if needed, but walk-ins are usually the route I take and have never been left waiting. read more

Simmy is good but Gita is my go to girl. Every time Simmy does my eyebrows, they're too skinny and she always, always leave an abrasion on the bottom part of my eyebrows. Neither of these things happen with Gita. Simmy better than most threaders around here but I will be following Gita to her new place of work. read more

Gita was my favorite threader and she has opened up her own place on 120th and Colorado. I think Gita's place, Elegant Eyebrow Threading, is nicer. It's a much bigger space and it's really nice. Gita's prices are much more affordable too. She also offers time in a GREAT massage chair for free with every service. I have quite literally never seen my eyebrows look this incredible. This is the second time I've ever gotten my eyebrows threaded and I am pleased beyond belief. She started out with brushing them and cutting them to a shorter length and then threading.
