The girl that did my lash lift and tint was very cold and told me to lay on the chair and got started right away. Gave me no run down of the process, how long it would be and the after care I had to keep asking questions. I just called and asked to speak to a manager and spoke to a woman who could care less. Now I have a stye growing on my eye lid probably because they also don't wear masks and gloves when working on your face. I have a wedding in a few days as well. I was surprised to read all the positive reviews about one of the employees on here as I had a very different experience. I booked her for PMU makeup and was concerned when I met her as her makeup was overdone in an unsettling way. It made me instantly question her judgement on makeup choices. She ended up doing an Okay job yet the second round of permanent makeup I got ended up faded after only a few months. Her interpersonal and customer service skills were horrible which made my experience unpleasant. Some of the interactions I had with her are listed below. -She didn't return emails regarding medication that I requested for a lip blushing appointment. -The prices quoted were never honored and I was always charged more. -There was one time I had an early morning appointment. I was waiting for someone to help me in the lounge and I heard her loudly in a different room complaining about customers. She didn't even have the common sense to complain about customers during off hours. She did it when customers were present! Yikes! -She pre-charged me a deposit but told me she might have to cancel the upcoming appointment if she couldn't find a babysitter. All of these interactions were so unprofessional!!! I LOVE Lash and Co...And trust me, once you see how beautiful your lashes look, you will want to keep them forever. This place has top quality lashes and adhesive from an experienced and friendly staff in a beautiful spa like setting. This place is also very clean and everything is sanitized. I have just felt so welcomed and pampered here. This is not some snooty spot. The ladies are all sweet, friendly and truly happy to see you and provide a service you will appreciate. I love that their adhesive lasts so long I can often go up to 4 weeks in a pinch and still look great even with many days of swimming and wiping water from my eyes. I have gone to Bailey for years and was very excited for her new beautiful location located right off I -25 and HWY 7 in the Larkridge Shopping Center close to Starbucks. Although Bailey is my personal favorite, I have seen many of the other "lash ladies" and I have always received consistently great service and results so if Bailey is unavailable during my preferred time/date I'm always happy to book with the next "lash lady". I have very sensitive eyes and everyone has been so gentle that my eyes never even water. They offer lash extensions, brows, tinting and full waxing services as well plus their prices rock! I used to be a long time client and it was great. So I wanted lashes again and booked for a full set, they scheduled me with Emilie. After being there for 2 hours this is what I saw when I looked in the mirror, it was horrible. I knew something was wrong when she was putting one lash on every 3 minutes. During my appointment she was doing an online order to Panera Bread for lunch on her phone! When I told the receptionist I was unhappy, she said they looked good. Visited 3 times for a full set, signatures brows and a fill. Everything was great till the check out part which was interestingly shady. For a short while their henna brows was advertised as $45 so I was excited to try but in the end was charged full price, $65. The weird thing was they didn't even send the receipt till I asked and that's when I found out they've overcharged me. At my last visit, even though the fill was $60 I was only supposed to pay 40 since they still owe me a refund but for whatever reason I was charged $52.50 which mean the refund was only 7.50 and no one cares to explain or send me a receipt like they should! I went based off a friends recommendation and was not impressed. My first set of classics came off pretty quickly and by the time I went back, more than half my eyelashes had fallen off. I gave the benefit of the doubt and got a hybrid refill and one week later the pictures show the results of again, WAY too many eyelashes were gone. I do not think they use glue that actually works. If it were an eyelash shed my real lash would fall out too, and as you can see, it's just the fake lash that fell off. Super disappointed after spending $300+ in less than a month. I revived lip filler in September of 2020 and the outcome was given a bubble in my lip that has not gone away (March 2021.) I reached out to lash n company thornton for guidance on the situation and revived absolutely nothing back. Had to call multiple times to get ahold of someone. The Situation was never resolved. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY MEDICAL SERVICES YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I spent over hundreds of Dollars here. 5 stars: Britney M for my amazing lashes!! 5 stars: Liz C for an amazing spray tan that lasts! 0 stars: Permanent eyeliner... not a great experience. I saw Christine to get permanent eyeliner and she numbed my eyes and then proceeded to remove my lash extensions. ( I had asked beforehand and she said we could do it all at once). She put the permanent eyeliner tattoo needle on my eye lid and it was extremely painful!!!! ( I've had 3 c-sections- so I know pain, and I have a high tolerance, and it was unbearable ) I left with two swollen eyelids that turned purple within a matter of hours. I called and text and was told that this was "perfectly normal and not to worry about it". My right eye continued to swell and was really painful. I continued to be in contact with the salon and was told to let it run its course, and some people swell more than others... well needless to say my liner was awful!!! I went and sought out two different professional eyeliner salons (One is a nurse and permanent makeup artist) both places gasped at the liner. The liner didn't go to my lash line and on my right eyelid it's super high up into my eyelid. I paid this new place to "fix" my liner and it was a PAIN FREE experience! I had minimal swelling and a tiny reddish line on my lids! Super easy to go about my life. The nurse/artist stated that I was most likely not numbed enough for the original procedure and that my lashes should have been removed a week prior to the appointment to allow my eyelids to rest between procedures. (That's also why I had so much swelling and pain during the first liner). This new lady was able to add liner to my lash line and is in the process of trying to remove the ink on my eyelid left from Christine. BTW In order to remove permanent ink they have to take a razor similar to a micro blading razor and scrape the eyelid and then proceed to put in a remover which is a mixture of lemon and salt so it burns and then you need it to scab over so it's a long awful process... The worst part of this whole experience is that I continue to go to Lash and Company every other week (to get my lashes put on and filled) and Christine has never once asked to look at my eyelids or apologized to me... she avoids me more like the plague... making me feel like she knows she screwed it up, and bad. I wouldn't recommend going to her to get permanent eyeliner personally, however, the only reason I went to her in the first place was because she did a great job on one of the ladies that works there... so maybe I just got her on a "bad" day and hopefully you get her on a good day. read more

I was recently in town to visit my family, I usually have a place to go in California but needed a classic fill asap. First off they were able to get me in the schedule the following day which was awesome considering every lash place I called were fully booked for the weekend. My lash tech was Crystal, she was amazing and did such a great job with the fill, even better than the place I usually go to in California. This was the first time I've felt someone really take their time to make my lashes look the way I want it to. I got my lashes done by Pam two times and they were both fills. She is very nice but was not happy with her work. The first time she didn't take out any of the outgrown lashes which I was pretty upset by. I decided to give her a chance again so I went back in for my fill a few weeks later. I asked her to take out the outgrown lashes and asked her for a shorter length fill than the time before. She gave me short alright...by cutting them :( On top of that, my left side wasn't even with my right side. This was right before I was heading on holiday break. I called them the next day to either get them fixed or removed completely and because they didn't have any openings that worked with my schedule, I asked for a refund which they gave right away. read more

After doing a little research on Yelp I decided to give Lash & Co. a call to see if they would be willing to see me (I know a lot of technicians will not fill a set that was not originally applied by them) and would be able to get me in before the holiday. I came in here twice within two weeks for a lash lift & tint. My first visit, I left with tinted lashes but no lift, she charged me half price and set up an appointment for me to come back to have it redone for free. My second visit I saw somebody else. Once I was done and got into my car to look at my lashes, I was shocked at how horrible they looked. Crinkled, permed in different directions, there were sections that weren't even lifted at all. She left the product all over my eyelids. Since my service, a few weeks ago, I have lost so many of my lashes. I'm hoping I was just unlucky. But it's very disappointing that I went into a place that specializes in lashes and got two botched lifts. I have never left a negative review but I am super upset about the services I received here. I just got my lashes done a few days ago and my first reaction was "oh my god what have they done". My lashes were quite a bit longer and not as full all the way around the eye as i had wanted them to be. I had Sarah who was very nice and chatty and took her time with me. Although I don't feel that she listened to what I said I wanted when i mentioned that I wanted the natural look and showed her pictures of lashes that I loved and also didn't love so much to try to be as clear as possible. When the lashes were done being out on she informed me that she glued my eyelashes together and i couldn't actually open my eye which was alarming. She did a good job of separating them and being gentle but still this was a less than great experience. She asked for a tip which I found off-putting. I called the next day saying that I was not happy with them and wanted them off, the manager ( I believe) Liz was SO NICE and SO HELPFUL and helped calm me down. She gave me several options and assured that if i wanted them off she would squeeze me in and remove them at no cost and refund my money. Unfortunately i am going out of town and don't have time to get them removed so I am sticking with them for now but would not have if I had time to go in.
