I'm not comfortable being asked to pay when my service wasn't even halfway finished. I also found it very frustrating that, on a day when temperatures reached 102°F, the AC was turned off about 10 minutes before closing. The salon closes at 6:00 PM, but I didn't actually finish my appointment until 6:28 PM. By the time I was done, the temperature outside was still 98°F, so the salon became hot very quickly once the AC was turned off. There were still seven other customers receiving services, and one customer even said out loud, "It's hot." The door was then opened, but the salon remained very uncomfortable. My nail technician brought a small fan for himself but nothing was offered to the customers. I understand that the salon closes at 6:00 PM, but if customers are still being serviced past closing time, I believe the comfort of those customers should still be considered. I left very disappointed.

I have been coming here for about a year since my local threading shop closed down. I am always helped out super fast and she is very sweet! As a bonus, it is reasonably priced to get your eyebrows threaded and she does a phenomenal job. I drive about 20 minutes to go here. Very relaxing inside as well! read more
