I had told them my insurance information well in advance, and offered to email them a copy of my insurance card to make sure it was covered. They declined, and didn't tell me there was an issue until I went in for my appointment. When I first arrived, they told me I only had a copay. It was not until I was driving home that they called to tell me I had to pay $150 for the appointment. I would have canceled the appointment if I had known there was a problem with my insurance! They didn't give me a chance, and left me with a huge bill, and the feeling of being taken advantage of.

I came in with a pair of glasses that I got from here still under warranty. This is about the…read morefourth time I've had to come back. One time they replaced the entire frames. The screws won't stay in them so my lenses poo out all the time. I've waited for 30 minutes so far and they still haven't put the screw in yet. Or they say they can't find a screw. Screw this!! Every time I get glasses from here I have trouble. They are always falling apart or they are wonky and make me feel cross eyed. They are always warped if they are the plastic frames. I'm don't here. I just don't have time or energy to come here so often for repairs.
