It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Dr. Zophia Rendon was incredibly rude and condescending. I had been waiting months for this appointment. She had no interest in dialing in the correct prescription for me. I let her know that my vision was really blurry from the dilation drops that had JUST been put in my eyes but she proceeded anyway. Needless to say, I left with a prescription that was useless. I've had contacts and glasses for 20 years and have never had such an awful experience. She is all about clicking boxes for payment. Most insurance will only cover (1) eye appointment a year. Don't waste it with her. It's too important. Seriously. Find anywhere else. I ended up buying contacts based on my past Rx because she was impossible to deal with. There are more details but I've shared enough I hope, to help discourage you from going here. Very rude receptionist (Erin) I took my dad's glasses in for new lenses and she rolled her eyes at me because he was not with me. Unfortunately he's not able to come. She told the ladies in the back we had a problem because he wasn't there and they could not put new lenses in his glasses. How do they expect someone who's bed ridden to see? Awful staff! read more

I'm would give 5 stars for the exam process and for Dr. Rendon but a 1 star process for the glasses ordering process. Last year I just got my prescription and bought glasses somewhere else but this year I decided to order through them. Brent checked me out and asked if I just wanted basic lenses like I had and I said yes. My total came to over 200.00 which I was confused on because I have insurance. I asked for a breakdown and he kind of mumbled through it, "29 copay, 15 here 10 there, da da da" and I still wasn't very clear what I was paying for but I was on my lunch break and needed to get back to work. After leaving I saw on my receipt I was charged for UV coating, scratch resistant coating and a 35.00 protection plan, so NOT the basic lenses I had. I called to have the 35 refunded and the lady was very nice and willing to refund that to me but beware that they (at least Brent anyway) will be vague and misleading to upsell you. I will still go there because I like the prescription process and doctor, the techs are great and it's a pretty quick visit in and out, but I will definitely be making sure I have a clear understanding of my cost breakdown if I buy glasses there again. read more

Associate Brent is a joke. Can't do simple math and lies to customers to get them to spend more money. I was told by Brent, that I would get my glasses (JUST THE FRAMES) on 11/22 BEFORE Thanksgivung because they would be closed. AND NOW I won't get them until after 11/29. That is OVER 2 WEEKS. I do not recommend this company AT ALL. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I will be telling everyone I know not to use this company. This company is way to expensive for purchase of eyeglasses even with their sale prices. I want to purchase my eyeglasses online however on the prescription they did not list the pupillary measurements. I tried to getbthe measurements myself and since I am a individual who lives alone and has no assistance I was not able to accurately measure even standing in front of a mirror. I called the next day to ask for my pupillary distance and was informed the company couldn't give it to me because I am not purchasing glasses from them. That is their way to make it difficult to buy glasses else wear and to try and force you to buy their very expensive glasses. I highly recommend you to go else where to get your prescription for glasses if you plan to buy online and make sure that company will provide you the pupillary distance on your prescription. I will never use this company again if I ever need a eyeware prescription. I feel this is a form of discrimination!! read more
