Through yelp, I found this place and read some positive reviews of Dr. Lee. I made an appointment for myself and two kids and we all had our eyes examined by Dr. Lee. He's friendly and I never felt rushed through our appointments. He made sure to answer all questions and concerns. When our exam is done, we have the choice to get our prescriptions written and head out to another place to shop and shop here directly. Honestly, I knew I needed the Asians fit so I browsed around to see what they have on stocked. It didn't take too long for me to fit 'the one' pair of frame. It was light weight, cute and fits my face perfectly. The best part is the frames are reasonably priced compared to my other Asian fit frame I purchased in north jersey. 20% discounts are given to customers who doesn't have insurance for frames and yes, unfortunately that applies to us. I'm happy with my glasses and so is my son. For my daughter, there were no change in her eyesight exam which is great as she can still wear her existing pair. Their staff is friendly and really try to work with the patients/customers. I have seen them on providing costs effective and solutions if you have any financial concerns.

Dr Lee and his staff are professional and up to date in technology. He has amazing mannerism. Staff is super helpful and kind. I got a lens that did not fit my expectation. Like we're talking "one or two" then just a loudly audible fart while I try to maintain my composure and focus on the letters on the screen. The real reason Dr. Fartman gets a 1 outta 5 stars for me is that after providing me with vision care for four years ( I thought we were like friends) apparently somehow when I graduated from Rutgers he wasn't able to get a hold of me for a 27 dollar bill and he sent it to collections?!?! It's such bad customer service it's astounding. Between my insurance and I probably paid this man 1500 dollars and he's so uncaring and greedy as to send me to collections for 27 dollars he couldn't even bother to proactively contact me for?!? They told me yes, since the exam would be free at another office. When I mentioned this to them, they told me they would do it for free after letting them know I didn't have vision insurance.They took my insurance information, but I don't know why, since they knew I didn't have vision coverage. I paid for everything related to the glasses, and 2 months later they sent me a bill for the exam. I contacted them to find out why, and they told me the insurance wouldn't cover it. I feel deceived by their lack of information about me, and I wouldn't want that to happen to someone else.

The office manager really knew her insurance (rather than other offices that don't care what your benefits may or may not cover). They were so helpful and friendly! The doctor, Dr. Lee, is knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. He is very thorough and takes his time with each patient. We had a tight schedule before traveling abroad and they were willing to schedule us at the end of the business day past regular hours. Super flexible and accommodating! I'm super happy I've found this location (off a recommendation from my brother who utilized their services a few weeks prior). And I was told they have been open for over 20 years!
