I didn't know it was in the same plaza as Tree House cafe. Sam did my eyelashes and it turned out just how I wanted. I asked for a natural look that would still open up my eyes. The application took about 2 hours. She took her time and everything went smoothly. I even dozed off a little as soon as my eyes closed. I didn't have any irritations or discomfort during the appointment. For first time client, it's $89 for a classic full set. Refills are usually every two to three weeks. Overall, I was very happy with the results and will continue to come back.

Tammy was very sweet and observant with how I was feeling, making sure my eyes were stinging, the light wasn't too bright, and that I was comfortable. The lash studio was superrrrr clean and it smelled... amazing! the lash removal cream she used also smelled so so good. Everything in this place just smells tutti frutti! While she was taking my lashes off, she educated me some bit on how lashes work, whats the best kind of curl to have for my eyes, how to make them last longer, how to wash them properly and so on. It made the atmosphere very friendly and not awkward at all. I heavily recommended this place to my mom so she can try it out. I'm usually last minute and they always do their best to squeeze me in. They had a promotional price when I first started going which changed after a few months, but it was not a major deal. My lashes are always to my liking, I usually have to ask for more lashes as I like a fuller look but I'm always met with corporation. If I feel like overnight or after a few days too many lashes have fallen off, I'm always told that I can come right in to fix the problem. The shop is quite far from me but I get great quality lashes that it is not a major deal. Overall, I definitely recommend ideal lash.

Their prices are more reasonable and I really appreciate that 30 minute session they offer when you're on a time crunch. I was gifted to get my first head spa that opened out in Katy 2 years ago that was an hour long and the session didn't have me wanting to come back compared to my experience with Dovera. My experience for the 30 minute you are in your clothes and be prepared. Your clothes may get wet but nothing a blow dryer can't fix. My coworker and I enjoyed the herbal tea solution they rinse your hair with and we have grown to enjoy their herbal scents. The staff had such delicate hands, ahh just writing this I can still remember the feeling of the session. We did go when it was still new, but I still have it on my list to come back for the one hour session.

I didn't have high expectations for my own results since i know my lashes are shorter and less full. Thuy was very accommodating with scheduling and last minute changes also i believe the price was very reasonable. However, when I was there getting my lashes done later on another client came in and the girl that worked on my lashes were going back and forth between that client and I. Even with my eyes closed I did not hear any gloves changing so Idk if she was changing her gloves in between the two of us. (I could hear every other rattling as it was quiet and calming there and you can tell by the sound of gloves being taken off). I got the lift & tint done on Saturday and by Sunday night my right eye felt sort of irritated on the lid then I woke up with a stye... I clean my face pretty well and did not use any eye makeup since my service. I'm not sure if this was due to cross contamination from me and the other client or what but safe to say I won't be coming back here.
