First of all, her costs are so affordable and reasonable compared to other lash places that I've heard about or seen. Her quality is fantastic, and she's such a sweet person. She makes me feel so comfortable every time I go to her. I started off with the classic lashes, and then after that, I decided to go with the hybrid. Ever since then, I've just stuck with going with the hybrid, and I've been so satisfied. They make my eyes pop a bit more, but also still look slightly natural. My lashes usually last for about 2-3 weeks before I come back for a refill. I feel so at peace when I come for my appointments because she plays this soft music in the background and just chats with you while working on your lashes. Just a heads up that her office is a little difficult to find, and you can either take the stairs or elevator to go to the floor that she's on. I can't imagine going anywhere else, and I am going to keep coming back to her for my lashes. I highly recommend her to anyone!

I've never experienced any adverse after effects (glue-clumping, lash thinning, eyes stinging from glue) ever within my year of getting my lashes done by Kathy. Booking appointments with her is also always so time efficient since she responds back so quick and her pricing is very commendable considering how great her work is. She works quick, but manages to upkeep the quality in her work consistently. My lashes have an average of 3-4 week retention until they start thinning out. This is because every lash is individual and if Remember, there is such a thing as certification for providing cosmetology services... trust me you will know and see the difference! Lash extensions aren't cheap but you are investing your money where your time is. Wake up looking ready-to-go; look so fly you don't even need to bother brushing your teeth anymore cuz you glam af anyways. I no longer need to wake up an hour early to get ready. She was very flexible and allowed me to move my appointment to a different day super last minute. The lift itself really works! I was very skeptical, but I'm a couple days in and it's still good. Remove makeup before hand and remember not to get them wet for 24 hours. The lift itself kinda burned my eyes but that could be a personal thing since I have sensitive eyes. It was bearable though. Only feedback I would have is: hard location to find/not great parking situation. It's in a house. I would suggest moving the sign to the front so it's easier to locate. I wish there's was initial wipe down, I did my best to remove my mascara but I'm paranoid there was still some on. Lastly would be the phone. She prefers texting instead of calls. I wish there was a formal booking site/phone confirmation, but I respect the hustle!
