I stated please do. The manager said that I had no right to speak to her that way. I did not curse or swear or do anything offensive but tell her she was interrupting a private conversation. Terrible customer service. Their prices are outrageous anyways(over $800 for a set of bifocals with chromatic tinting with insurance) and wait times are terrible. They have signs saying we are understaffed but that sign has been up for at least 3 years so it not temporary but by design. They do not accept cash if that matters to you.

OK cool. I was then told my prescriptions should be in any time. Then I got a text saying my prescription was delayed. So after so many days past, I decided to call and ask about my glasses. The lady whoever she was on the phone was nothing but rude. She say: Did you get a text? Well your glasses aren't in if you didn't get texted (had a nasty I hate life tone to her voice). It is now been 20 business days no text and I didn't want to call because I didn't want the horrible horrible employee that they have to be nasty once again because she had to answer the phone and tell me where my glasses were at! But, I did call on Saturday and left a voice message telling them I was still waiting for my glasses and I would appreciate a phone call but yet I've heard nothing whatsoever so I guess tomorrow I can go visit them. I would love to talk to a general manager, because this is definitely not the best! Customer service training would be great for some of their employees. But, I commend the ones who have done their job so thank you to them.

I picked out 2 frames; one for $69.95 and one for $79.95. I got simple plastic lenses with polarized tint (which I expected to pay extra for) on the sunglasses. I asked her if what I was picking out was covered in the 2 pair price and she said yes multiple times. The problem is I was charged $331.95 and the receipt says absolutely nothing about the sale price. I feel like I was ignored and was ripped off.

Turns out their "lab" is garbage as well. I see more clearly with 4 year old lenses than the ones I just picked up. STAY AWAY AND GO TO ANYONE ELSE! 4 months ago: Could not give my wife a price of her eyeglasses beforehand other than i guess what…read moreyou could call an estimate, but not really, of "its not going to be 200$ or anything like that dont worry" so we get the call a week later that her eyeglasses have arrived, one pair mind you, and the bill was over 500$ before insurance and 195ish after.... holy gdamn rip off! And now my wife cannot use her insurance again for another year for glasses or contacts because they cannot be returned and the insurance apparently cannot deny the claim, basicaly stole our money, We will not be coming back again! Update as of may 10th 2018 they are refuseing to write a prescription for the brand of contacts that my wife would like because we were not happy with our service and are not buying them through them! Absolutely unacceptable and borederline ILLEGAL!
