I asked the cost of this appointment and they said $50. Now on the day of the appointment they are saying I can't because my last eye exam was more than 60 days, DAYS and that I would have to pay $89 more to be seen. No mention of this previously and the person that booked my appointment was all "I assumed" this and "I assumed" that. Didn't apologize or take responsibility for not checking things that she as the employee would know was required or not. No effort to work with me on a solution. I wasted my time and gas.

Different name brands are associated with Sam's Club then you will find at the other company, and I'm not complaining. I have gone to a few other providers since I have lived in Duluth (since 1998) and Zen is in a class of their own. They verify FULL benefits regarding your insurance. After your exam, you get a full overview of your visit Including your options for glasses and contacts along with your Prescription. A lot of providers will hold that info hoping you'll order from them. With Dr Eric and staff, it's full transparency.

Why is Beelive allowed to be there preying on vulnerable adults and older women? People are being scammed out of thousands of dollars this season with Miller Hill's help, as their products are sold as "medical devices" and returns are not allowed. They are predatory and can be seen hounding people as they go about their shopping. Do better.
