I figured it was past the 30 days but if they were wrong they were wrong. The manager checked them and agreed. Then he changed his mind and gave us a story about formulas used and they were right. He got snotty and condescending. After my husband and he got into an argument and then he said he will order them but they will be the same. I know other people who have had trouble with his attitude. Not a good way to keep business.

No mention of this previously and the person that booked my appointment was all "I assumed" this and "I assumed" that. Didn't apologize or take responsibility for not checking things that she as the employee would know was required or not. No effort to work with me on a solution. I wasted my time and gas.
