He got snotty and condescending. After my husband and he got into an argument and then he said he will order them but they will be the same. I know other people who have had trouble with his attitude. Not a good way to keep business.

How is that possible if it takes 2 weeks to get them!!! It's not like I waited days to cancel, I literally cancelled them hours after ordering them and then finding out I didn't need them.
