Whenever I walk in, I make a point to say "hello" and try to be polite, but she never acknowledges me or speaks back. Instead, she gives off an attitude that makes me feel like I'm not welcome in the store at all. To make matters worse, she always has someone follow me around the store during my entire visit. It doesn't matter if I'm just browsing or looking for something specific--I can't shop in peace without feeling like I'm being watched the whole time. It's uncomfortable, insulting, and incredibly unprofessional. This has happened every single time I've gone in, to the point where I've actually had to reach out to corporate because of how uncomfortable it makes me. As a paying customer, I shouldn't feel like I'm doing something wrong just by shopping. A store's manager should make customers feel welcomed and respected, not singled out and treated poorly.
