I have needed eye care ever since I was a teenager and have had fairly decent experiences with most every eye care practice I've been to, however, when I first saw Dr. Johansen, I can safely say that he has been the most thorough and answered every question I had along every step of the way. I wear contact lenses, and at one point, after being diagnosed with Diabetes, my prescription changed and it was only within 3 months after I got my contacts. The first ones were excellent and worked great, then once I began controlling my diabetes, my vision changed. Dr. Johansen immediately recognized this and helped me get the prescription I needed right away. That was back in 2019. Now I continue to see him at his office in Greenville and my experience is the same every time. Great service, great company, and you can tell they care for their patients and the products and services that they offer. Their Google reviews are top notch as well. I personally think that with the overwhelming positivity they get with their Google reviews, any of their negative reviews, are likely not reminiscient of the experiences I or others I've spoken with have had. Do not do business with this practice. Practice is an appropriate description because not only are they not professional in customer service but also their business practices are deplorable.
