the first time I went I couldn't see through my new glass, but thought it was because they were new. I never could wear them and continue to wear my old ones. the following year went back and after examination of the glasses they found the lenses were on the opp eye. no offer to fix or replace. i ordered new glasses and a pair of sunglasses. The sun glasses had no bifocal so I couldn't read my phone or used them for seeing through. I almost threw them in the trash right there. Again no offer to make it right. I have two pairs of glasses from eye mart express I can't wear. read more

We have glasses ready but there is nobody here to help us. They told us to sign in on a register and wait. We waited when we looked for glasses and now again when our glasses are ready. If you like waiting in multiple lines I recommend this place. read more

Glasses were substandard from the beginning! Had to wait for a couple of weeks to get them; lenses started chipping & splintering from days of receiving; numbers/letters scripted on lenses; and frames started flaking off finish within weeks. I set the glasses aside bc I didn't want to deal with them at that time (covid hit & lost a loved one) & subsequently forgot about them until recently. Recently left a review on Google & was told by the company they would make it right, but talking to rep was only told I would have to live with the poor workmanship bc they were out of warranty. My advice....if you don't want a problem to "live with", don't buy from this establishment. read more

Horrible experience. Allison flat out lied and said I purchased a 6 month warranty when I know it was a 1 year. We went in for an exchange on A frame and she said she couldn't do anything so we had to ask the lab manager for help. he told us we could get a new frame and Allison continued to harass us and make us feel uncomfortable. Friendly staff! They were soooo busy in the eye exam office that I had to get my exam/prescription done down the street. No problem... went back over to Eyemart (prescription in hand) and 59 minutes later I received a text message that I had two pair of glasses ready to pick up! Love this place!!!! read more

I ordered two pair of glasses from them. One, they had the lenses in-store so I was able to get them quickly. The second pair had to have the lenses ordered. I paid for both pair out of pocket. While I was waiting for the second pair, I received an email that they were having a sale. For veterans, there is normally a 10% discount but for a limited time, it was 20%. I received a text that the second set was ready. The next day I went in to pick them up. I also asked if I could receive the discount. I was told no, that I had received the ad AFTER I had paid for them. I then asked if I could receive the 10% discount, which supposedly is a regular discount. I was again told no. So....they offer a veterans discount but aren't willing to honor it AND it's nowhere to be found on their website. Aside from that, when I went in to pick them up, the lady at the counter couldn't find them. The lenses had never been cut. She acted like it was no big deal. I had to ask when they would be ready rather than her offering the information. Customer service: -2. I won't be back. I'll pay more for a product if I know they have good customer service. Ok, I am changing my review completely! Since posting the first review slamming the company I have to update my opinion! The manager Chris, called me to ask how I was doing with my glasses. I told him I hated them and he set out immediately to remedy the situation! I now have new glasses on order that will fit my face and do the job perfectly! Go anywhere else. I spent $250.00 for glasses that were awful. They were sent back more than once because they could not get the lenses right. I had to move my head to get either one eye or the other to focus, but not both at the same time. Today was the final straw when I finally realuzed I could see better without them. read more

The eye doctors assistant was AMAZING, she most definitely possessed some of the BEST customer service skills I have ever experienced. The staff next door that takes care of all your needs there after were AMAZING as well, very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The guy that helped me, I think it was Mike, defiantly knew what he was doing when it came to finding glasses that matched me. I have been here before and had a great experience. I went back there a couple of days ago to get new glasses. The "get 2 pairs of glasses for $79" made me come back. So I picked out a couple of pairs of glasses, and upon getting ready to pay, my total was going to be $200 out of pocket...that INCLUDED my insurance that covers $100 of my glasses. So I said I only wanted 1 pair, and with the $100 off from my insurance, my total out of pocket came to $19.85. So much for getting 2 pairs for $79. I expected to pay a little extra since I got frames that were $10 more, but going from 2 pairs for $79, to 2 pairs for $300 (minus insurance) is a total scam. I like their service and speed, but it's not worth the cost. read more
