I left the right lens with her so she could have a better idea of whether or not a frame would work. I figured it would take several days for her to get back to me. Overall, I'm disappointed in the conduct of the staff as they acted unprofessional, unhelpful, and frankly rude. This is a major shame as I had better expectations for a store that supposedly sells high quality products yet after today I doubt that I will ever shop there again. When I brought the same issue to the outlet itself in Italy they didn't give me the same amount of arguments or unpleasant behavior. NOBODY told us the replacement wouldn't be for the exact same pair. You have to get a completely different pair of non-custom glasses. She didn't seem very knowledgeable on the process. Don't sell a product and offer a warranty of replacement if you can't actually give the exact same replacement. Won't be doing business here again.
