Those that I dealt with, despite extensive explanation of the problem, in my opinion are incompetent. I was lied to on more than one occasion when dealing with the arrival of the lenses, checking of same after arrival, and then they failed to grasp the crux of the problem. To further exacerbate the situation, I felt that I was treated as tho I were a mushroom, "kept in the dark and covered with manure", by the sales personnel. The lenses were refused and a full refund of the cost of the lenses was refunded, the Doctor's examination was paid in full. They take me to perform specified tests when needed by the doctor (though not too long, this can take a bit and is typically the longest part of the appointment). If no tests are ordered, they take me straight to a patient room to wait for the doctor--you all know this same-ole routine. I'm usually only waiting for a maximum of 15 minutes, in most cases less. The doctor is quick and efficient, while monitoring the progression of fluid buildup in my right eye (common issue for long-term type 1 diabetes). The checkout is seamless: All I have to do is give them the piece of paper that consists of doctor's notes for my next visit--they set my next appointment. They are easy and no-hassle about reschedules. I've never had issues with my insurance for any of the procedures recommended or performed by this medical team.
