Before I left, I told them this and they just said, "you'll have to get used to it". I brought them back and asked for an alternative. They're terrible also. $400 for readers and I still can't see. The guy made them so big they slip off. I can't take off any more time off work to get these straight and apparently I don't have any other options. They didn't give a care to ensure my prescription was right or the fit. Wasted time and MONEY.

Well worth it for not having to have blurry, weird vision for the rest of the day. I see Dr. Yates, and my oldest comes here now too and looks forward to it. The office is very nice, and there is parking but it can be tight in the little adjacent lot. Nothing but good vibes here, good location, and I never dread my annual trip in. They'll really listen if you have any questions or concerns about anything, and overall this is a slam dunk. We'll go here for life.

I stared off seeing Dr. Groff years ago until she moved and then I moved to Lawrence. I had always loved their service and eye wear selection. After my dog destroyed my favorite pair of glasses I had bought at Dr. Krannawitter's former office, I had a hard time finding frames in Lawrence that I liked. So one morning I popped into the new location on Pflumm. I was so impressed with what they'd done with that building. Of course, their eyewear selection was still amazing. The staff were friendly and informative, just as they had been 5 years ago. Bummed I didn't have a current glasses prescription to order the frames that I'd found there and loved, staff were able to squeeze me into an appointment right then so that I could go ahead and order my glasses that day. Dr. Kranawitter is very kind and personable. The exam was comprehensive and there was no pressure to try additional expensive services that would be unnecessary based on my age and history.
