There were no sales tactics to buy glasses or getting upsold and they genuinely are concerned about your health here. They were so transparent about the costs of all the testing that they had and they gave me the right to refuse anything at any time. I hate to let my yearly exam visit covered by insurance go to waste so I make sure I stay on top of my eye care! From the front desk, to the optometrist assistant to the actual optometrist the service here is unmatched! Truly makes me wish it was a thing that occurred more, is twice a year too much? Maybe one day we will live in a world where we can utilize insurance as much as we see fit ‍ I brought some glasses that I got here last year to have repaired and my warranty covered a whole new set for only $50. The original price for the frames and lens were about $700 altogether. It's definitely expensive to have visual acuity, but I think we can all agree it's a source we all rely on to maneuver through our daily lives! Eye care providers are the real silent heroes and I'm thankful for everyone's service provided during each visit. I have wanted to switch to contacts for awhile but because I have a Astigmatism they just don't seem to want to cooperate with me. But Dr Marr went above and beyond trying to get me ones that would would work. He always spends the time with me helping try lenses and seeing if they will work. He is never in a rush to get to the next patient. He is just all together friendly. Which is why the three of them work so well together. They just mesh well together to make your visit a pleasant one. Robin takes care of helping you with your glasses and is uber patient because well, I am THAT patient! "Hmmm, I don't know if I like these ones or these ones or maybe these ones over there! Wait maybe I'll go with sunglasses! What do you mean you got rid of the Marc Jacobs line?!" Yeah that's me. And let's not forget with the virus in effect that every pair you try on has to be taken away and sanitized before going back out. But she never bats an eyelash. After trying to navigate their online portal, and getting frustrated I made my way to Yelp to see what else was out there, in hopes of finding something closer to home that would be less stressful. Enter Noyce Family Eye Care. All the reviews I saw online were raving, I confirmed they took my insurance, and I quickly made an appointment over the phone. It's super close to my house, and once I got there it was a very quick and seamless process to get checked in and seen by Dr. Noyce. She was incredibly kind and personable, and honestly, I'm just so happy I made the switch to this practice. I've only had one visit so far but I'm really optimistic about using this practice for my eye care needs moving forward.

The staff is always nice and it is clean. I am usually able to get scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. The only reason I gave a four is that the machine has went on the blitz several times in the middle of the testing. They have gotten it worked out during those times but I despise the testing because it takes longer than a typical test so I've had to prolong the testing.

This visit our usual Dr. , Whom we love Was full so I was referred to Dr. Diggs who was amazing, he took the time to explain everything so well. And additionally, the person who helped select my glasses was so very sweet and helpful! I highly recommend eye associates they truly are an awesome place! They are the Elite of eye Drs., oh yes and one more thing with my insurance amazingly my glasses were only $55, wow! And I LOVE them!

I didn't think it was a stye, but hey, I'm not a doctor, so I just went with what he said. He referred me to another facility. Once I got to that facility weeks later, turns out, he was incorrect and should have never sent me to the other facility. The facility that he sent me to works very closely with him so they were very surprised when I showed up and everything that he had sent was incorrect. The other office apologized to me for making me wait and go through all of this hassle for nothing. They were pretty shocked about what happened. He wasted my time and my money, and I ended up having to go for a third appointment somewhere else. That also postponed my treatment. Dr. Schwerdtfeger (Dr. Joe) would not recommend. If you are a doctor and you were unsure of the next steps a patient needs to take, tell them that. I would have more respect for a doctor if they told me the truth, instead of sending me somewhere that couldn't help.

I asked repeatedly why the decision was made, but no one could answer this question. The doctor appeared short with her answers and told me I wasn't listening when I was asking questions. I left perplexed and still not sure what prescriptions to get. The prescription was incorrect that was provided evidently during my recent visit to their office on Thursday October 2 2025. As this was my first experience obtaining glasses, I expected clear guidance and support, which I unfortunately did not receive. Despite my attempts to understand the prescription process, I found the optometrist's explanations inadequate and unhelpful. Additionally, I have incurred out-of-pocket expenses for three pairs of reading glasses and one Multifocal pair, all based on this incorrect prescription. Given these circumstances. After contacting their office, they did ask me to come in and get a second test for free. However as a direct result of my previous experience I chose to seek a second opinion from a different Dr who did confirmed that the prescription was incorrect. I have incurred expenses from this additional test. They have REFUSED to refund my money based on the FACT that I went else where to have my eyes tested.

The patient was definitely not drunk or under the influence of any drugs or alcohol. It's pretty obvious when people are drunk because they reek of alcohol she was just there for an eye visit. I am not sure why the staff thought she was under the influence of alcohol or drugs because she clearly wasn't but they proceeded to call the police on her and tell the police that she was under the influence of alcohol yet the staff still treated her for her visit. If she was really under the influence of alcohol wouldn't medical professionals not be allowed to treat her? I don't think the staff would've treated her because it's probably a liability to treat a I patient that's under the influence of drugs or alcohol. I was an appalled by them treating her this way when the woman was just was coming in to get a new prescription for her glasses and I witnessed her behavior. She was not under the influence of anything for the staff to call the police on her is absurd and extremely unprofessional. I will never go here again after I witnessed how they treat their patients very unprofessional receptionist, staff, and definitely the medical staff. I don't know what this lady did for them to treat her this way, but she didn't deserve that and I will never go there again and I will tell all my friends and everyone I know how this poor young lady was treated and how no one should ever go to insight vision center off Lone Elm in Olathe, Kansas. Do better. I don't know why the staff assumed she was under the influence. Now I believe the staff or medical professionals that work there were under the influence is that why they thought that she was? It's absurd and I will tell everyone about this. You lost me as a patient I hope you lost her as a patient and I know tons of people that wear glasses and they were going to your vision center but I've already told them what happened. Now those patients told me they will never go there again and I'll keep spreading the word of their unprofessionalism. No Patient should be treated in this manner.

Took my 3 year old here to get an eye exam. The doctor proceeded to take her prescription manually, I was SO impressed with his patience and professionalism. Then, after that, the doctor suggested that we go back to the machines and try again. He was able to get pictures this time! The machine read her prescription as the EXACT numbers that he had recorded during his manual examination. The man behind the desk urged me to bring her back if there were any problems with her glasses. They ended up slipping down her nose a bit so I took him up on that. He fixed it in a matter of minutes and they have fit perfectly for the last 3 months!! I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was and how grateful I am to this location. Couldn't recommend them enough.

It wasn't too much and it wasn't too little. It challenged me in good ways and broadened my horizons. It changed my perspective on things and how I think about anxiety. This is a wonderful group for anyone who is experiencing lots of anxiety or is having a tough time. They teach you many wonderful skills; they're so versatile!
