good result/ terrible customer experience. I made a mistake while scheduling my appointment, accidentally scheduling it 15 minutes later than I thought I had. I got there as quick as I possibly could and was exactly 15 minutes late and apologizing. Monica was extremely hostile towards me immediately, scolding me for using the website incorrectly. When her next client walked in, who was also late, Monica started complaining that I used the website incorrectly to her right in front of me. and, when I reiterated that I was nervous about having my eyebrows to thin (I don't usually get my eyebrows done) She angrily scolded me "you already said that." As a teenager, I've never been spoken to like that from an adult I just met and I'm very surprised that she would address a client that way. This was the first time I ever got my eyebrows and face threaded, and I'll likely never try it again after this experience with Monica. I originally booked an appointment just to have my cheekbones threaded, but Monica made me feel like the rest of my face needed to be threaded as well, pointing out that she could see hairs on my forehead, lower cheeks and chin. She was very insistent that I should also get those areas threaded, and I ultimately got suckered into paying for the more expensive, full-face service. I think she came too close to the hairs on my right eyebrow, as it appears shorter than my left. I also dealt with a bad rash on my chin several days after the threading, and I am still dealing with breakouts all over my face. Overall, feeling frustrated and pushed into more than I had planned to have done. read more
