She is someone you can trust. I am certain of that. I have horrible hair. I really do. I had been wearing braids for about 2 years now. Doing them myself. But I needed something new and fresh. So I did a google search for a stylist to do a sew in weave. I was kinda nervous. The not knowing was bugging me. But I have strong faith. So I went with it. And I am so happy I did. I begged her to still take me because I had a flight in two days and planned everything around this appointment, I even begged her to charge me extra money I don't care the price. She refused, After all that, she didn't even bother offering me a refund for my time, gas, or effort. This wasn't the first issue either. I had already tried booking with her twice before, and both times she was unprofessional and never followed through with what her page says she would. According to her site, she's supposed to reach out with details about deposits, hair to buy, and other instructions. She never did. I even messaged her the day before my appointment like, "Hey, you haven't sent me the info, maybe it slipped your mind." Instead of owning up, she tried to blame me and said I booked "too late" and she was busy. If that's the case, then put that clearly on your booking site or block off dates in advance like other professionals do. I know it's possible because my nail tech uses the exact same booking platform. Yes I know after those 2 times I should've stopped trying to book with her but I genuinely wanted to get my hair done by her because I like her work & over the few times I met her she was actually a sweet person, so I was giving her the benefit of the doubt and chalking things up to she's just a busy girl. Honestly, I feel like she canceled on me out of spite because she has a history with an ex-boyfriend whom happens to be my current boyfriend's cousin. That situation had nothing to do with me, but instead of being grown enough to say she wasn't comfortable taking me as a client, she wasted my time and played in my face.
