I've been here 3 times so far and Ashley always does a fantastic job threading my eyebrows. My brows always look amazing and she takes the time to educate me, provide recommendations, and even fill in and style my brows. Ashley offers other services as well, including waxing. There are also several other services offered in the same building with different ladies, from facials, lashes, and even training. They offer online booking for appointments and you can pay and tip in advance, so you don't have to worry about it once you get there. I highly recommend Ashley for your threading and waxing needs.

She washed and extracted and was very thorough with her process. My facial began with a double cleanse, using both oily cleanser and a milky cleanser. Then she used a retinol mask to address the milia in the skin and to exfoliate the area. Suddenly, I feel like I'm in a bakery as she applies the cocoa enzyme mask with steam. It smelled sooo good. She left me steaming for 10 good minutes. She then began with the suction technology and water suction to prep my skin for extractions. Now my actual favorite part of the facial: the extractions finally took place after that. She then performed manual extractions all over my face where needed. After that treatment, she applied a calming customized powder mask to calm the skin post-extractions. This also helps with redness and uneven texture. She later incorporated vitamin C for antioxidant benefit and overall a healthier looking complexion. This customized facial addressed my biggest issue, acne. It gave my face a feeling of hydration, brightness, decongestion, and addressed the milia. She then applied some products to calm my face and restore my skin. Following instructions: do not wash face off before bed for the night. I am a very happy customer, as well as recommend, and would return to Samar at Flawless Beauty!
