She is extremely friendly, as well as thorough, and takes time to explain and answer any questions. I've never felt like I was being rushed to leave. When I had a cataract she helped me have the best vision possible until it was ready for surgery, and when the time came for surgery, she referred me to an excellent surgeon. I wouldn't even consider going to a different optometrist. We have also purchased several pairs of glasses there, and the opticians are very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and patient with picky (and sometimes indecisive) customers like me.

To say this man is compassionate is an understatement. His exams are never hurried and he actually remembers details about each of his patients...always asking about others in our family or about the activities our kids are involved in. His staff is wonderful and will do anything they can to help provide the best care for their patients. I've had to be referred to a surgeon and Dr. Gordon personally called the doctor to get me in as soon as possible. I can't say enough about this office and this doctor!!
