There is a new doctor in the Mulvane office. Great service and attention to the patient

Staff here are very rude and unprofessional, they don't seem to know what they're doing. They don't know anything g about insurance either. The receptionist made me stand at counter and wait while she took a personal phone call. read more

Dr. Cline May be a great optometrist but the staff at the Mulvane and Amidon locations were horrible!!! I was coerced into purchasing glasses for my 3 year old that I didn't want, and the women who we worked with regarding trying on glasses was standoffish and acted as if she had better things to be doing than helping us. She shamed when I said I was going to by additional pairs online since the likelyhood of a toddler breaking them was high. I told her we wanted the rubber flex frames for my Child but she got annoyed with me and told me they didn't have them there. After crying in my car for how horribly I was treated I called one of the other locations and was told I could come look at the rubber framed glasses there. The young man that was there listened to what happened in Mulvane and helped me get a pair of rubber frames and canceled the order at the Mulvane office. I was told the new frames would go to the Mulvane office for me to pick up when they were ready. After 3 weeks of waiting on the glasses to come in I never got a call that they were in. I finally after leaving multiple messages, and texts received a call saying they were at their optical center at the Amidon Location, and they would try and have them ready the next day (Friday.) I called them 6 times throughout the day and never heard from them on Friday. I called again Monday, and the following Wednesday and again did not get my messages returned. I finally got a call from them claiming that they had the wrong phone number despite the fact that I have their patient portal that they could have emailed me, and have left numerous messages with the correct phone number. I was told originally I could pick the glasses up in Mulvane but when they called I was told I would have to drive up to Amidon to get them. so I drove up there told them why I was there and they just handed me a pair of glasses and turns to walk off I asked her if there was a case for Them and she told me it was probably at the Mulvane office. I told her the Mulvane office doesn't carry these glasses and that I didn't pay over $300 for glasses to not get a case. She proceeded to open a cabinet that was full of cases and grabs one and hands it to me and walls off. I have never in my life experience such rude, cold, and terrible customer service from a medical office. I have had better service at Walmart. read more
