She's unprofessional, impatient, and left me with a judgment with several errors (the court questioned who did my paperwork) that lead to it getting rejected. The child was not able to see his father since the mother refused to take him to his father, and when the child complained to his mother she would take his phone away and all electrical privileges away so he could not communicate with his father. Lately I went to court again hoping that the court will enforce the order that was exposed on us and I let Mr. Cervantes know that I had not seen him for 62 days and showed him proof of police reports and when we showed up in court he again dismissed the fact that she was denying the child his rights to see and speak with his father. He never even spoke with his client the minor child. My son is 17 1/2 yrs old and wanted to testify in court but his attorney through him under the bus and gave the mother exactly what she wanted and that was to get away with what ever she wanted at the expense of the child. I gave her a call and was immediately able to speak to her. I was asked to follow up with her with a case number to a pending legal matter but was unable to reach her. So I left the receptionist a voicemail in hopes my call would be returned the following day. That was not the case. I called for 3 weeks straight leaving voicemail after voicemail. After a while I gave up because it seemed to me like she just did not want to take me on as a client. That's ok. I tried calling again as I'm coming down to the last few weeks before I have to submit my response to the court and to my surprise I was able to get through only to be told that Ms. Donoso would be off the next week and when I brought up the amount of times I've tried calling and reaching out leaving voicemails, the receptionist responded in a tone like she did not care and was like "oh I'm so sorry". The receptionist made me feel like my legal issue was very minor and she was completely dismissive about my situation. She completely lacks empathy and understanding. What I don't appreciate is the lack of communication. I called over 5 times in attempts to at least get a call back and never received anything back.
