Tom is truly a good and honest man who fought for me in court 10 plus years ago. It took a few trips to the courthouse to go before the judge, but in the end it was all worth it. First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge the staff at this office for their diligence, understanding, and speedy response time. Lydia, the paralegal for Mrs. Kendall-Gkikas is the person I talked to the most from beginning to end. Although not part of her job description, Lydia was sweet and kind when there were tears, understanding when there was frustration (because of my case), and happy for me simply because I was happy with the outcome. Additionally, from the very start, they have been very understanding with the payment process. After my initial retainer was depleted, I was able to make monthly payments. Many places are not as flexible and I appreciated the understanding on their part. Throughout the process I made monthly payments and it worked in my favor in the end. Both Lydia and Ms. Kendall had timely and detailed responses with any question I had in regards to payments or with my case in general. As for Mrs. Kendall-Gkikas, I felt she was helpful in my initial consultation and the day of my court case. She was detailed and realistic with any expectations I should have in regards to my case. I had Kendall for a period in my divorce. He was suppose to be a mans attorney, not really what he was good at. In my opinion he was really good at not doing much and charging a lot. He even charged me $ 500.00 for counseling from his dead associate, by the way I DO NOT HOW TO TALK TO THE DEAD. Two weeks from my trial he told me I was not going to do good and I would just have to live with it. Why did I pay him a large amount to do nothing. I fired him and went to a real attorney who saved my house, almost $100,000. and got my children for me. He also took my friends case and used all his money and credit cards to try get his children. My friend never got his children while he was with Kendall, after he fired him he got a honest attorney and he got his children in less than six months. Mr. Kendall will promise you any thing, charge you a ton of money, then ditch you after he has your money. When I was with him he was being investigated by the F.B.I.
