After seeing the security and cleanliness from the street, I decided to go with it. The owner didn't have availability online but after calling happily opened one for us which ended up being a lot cheaper than I anticipated! The lot is right by Quail (family favorite) and makes it extremely convenient for boating days. The parking spaces are also very big and easy to navigate a big boat. You feel very save with having your toys parked here. I highly recommend it!

They have told me twice the refund is on the way and twice no refund. Now my last call to the service center is they have no record of me and the manager of the units is not returning my calls. Sounds to me like the manager has pocketed mine and who knows how many other people refunds or payments. Not sure about other people but $250 is not chump change. It was charged feloniously and not returned appropriately.

An alarm was going off in our rig and she refused to call me and let me know. She insisted on calling my husband who is on duty with the military (which she was made aware of) and unable to answer his phone. She finally emailed me four hours later and was so disrespectful. Every time I have talked I her she has been unkind and snarky. The spots are over priced and customer service clearly does not matter.
