"These Guys Are Great!" I have an RV that's been in Beaver Dam, AZ for years, and for the longest time I was just taking my tanks into Mesquite, NV to have them filled, then the Park where I keep my RV started using these guys, so I figured why not try them out... Some of the Snowbirds at the Chief Sleep Easy RV Park had them put in large tanks, so naturally I figured that they were only filling their own (large tanks), but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they do in fact fill "whatever" (as long as they're legal). So I pulled my tanks and told them where I was and they came right over. Their price was about 20% cheaper than anywhere in Mesquite, and they bring the LP to you. Why would anyone "ever" take their tanks to have them filled again?!?!! (I won't)... PS: The only thing that you need to remember is that they have scheduled days that they're in specific areas, "so a little planning is essential", just call them and find out when they'll be in your area and you're Golden. :-) Thanks B&L, Doug... read more

I have been using these guys for years! Great prices great people! If you have a trailer or RV it may be hard for you to get in the parking lot. It is very small. Take your tanks in though, and you will be good to go! read more

While staying at Zion River Resort in Virgin, we were told that B&L would deliver to our site. We signed up and were told that they would come on Wednesday. They came in the morning and all was well, so we decided to do it again. Big mistake! They only say that they are coming on Wednesday, they don't give you any kind of window, so if you have nothing better to do than sit in your motorhome waiting for propane when you are vacation, then go for it. They finally came at 6:30 PM!. We will never do this again. Honestly, how can a business be so unorganized that they can't even tell you if they are coming in the morning or the afternoon? read more

I was visiting from out of state in my motorcoach. B&L propane in Hurricane,Ut opens at 8am, called at 8:20am, the call was answered from a message center in Salt Lake City,Ut. Enquired about having propane delivered to my location. Call center said B&L would call me in about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs, OK. After waiting 4 hrs i drove my RV to Tractor Supply and got propane, I guess visitors to the area are LOW on the list. At 5pm B&L called. read more

Where others around here are $3-4 a gallon to fill bottles, these guys were $2. Good price, friendly folks. Just get there before 5pm.

Our propane ran out mid-Dec and we had used B&L at our last house, so we called them on Tues Dec 26th and asked for 1/2 tank of gas (as we only use it for heat so wouldn't need much until next winter.) They stopped by Wed Dec 27th and gave us a yellow slip (invoice) for $240.67 (2.15 per unit). Husband called the office the next day and said he charged us wrong because we only wanted 1/2 a tank. She responded "Yep, I see the notes.. I guess he didn't get the memo, and filled the whole tank... Sorry." And started to defend the company saying "We don't do 1/2 tanks etc" But we've have orders for 1/2 tanks before so not sure why she said that.. Giving two stars because they did show up the next day after we called (right after the holiday.) and price/unit was best we've seen in reviews, now we are stuck with a $240 propane bill when we were expecting to pay $120ish. read more

service sucks. waited 4 days for propane tank to be filled. called each day. no one was able to tell me where the driver's were or when they would be able to fill the tank. the last phone call they just told me "i have no idea why the driver hasn't got to you yet" great. me neither. but i don't work for the f$%!ing company. each time i called was like i was talking to them for the first time. horrible experience. read more
