I have had this insurance for about three years. It has been the worst business experience of my…read morelife. I was originally misquoted on workers comp, biz insurance and car insurance in order to get my business. As soon as I switched over I realized they had not matched my previous policies and I was severely under insured. This literally left me stranded in the middle of the desert two years ago at one point. I've had over four people who were supposed to be my brokers, till finally the owner Nathan took over my account. After several double billings and increases in my insurance with no explanation, and them switching over my car insurance yet never cancelling my old policy (which got me double billed for three months on that one thing), I switched over everything but my workers comp to AmFam. In the process I was told that providing Loss Runs proving I've been in business a decade with no claims should lower my policy by at least 25%. Omni NEVER requested this information from me which meant I was overpaying the whole time I have been with them. I informed Nathan of the fact I was cancelling my biz insurance. He told me I needed to sign paperwork. I emailed him three times asking him for this paperwork and never received and answer. I have just realized this was months ago now since I got an invoice for a $600 auto payment being made for my business in two weeks. On worker's comp... on two employees. I have spent all morning trying to call all their numbers and no one will answer me. As of right now they owe me over $800, and if they don't cancel this other payment that's scheduled it will be $1300. This company is horrible and have been given way too many chances. Shame on them for taking advantage of small business owners.

The woman said there was a $250 fee by the DMV for being late on an insurance policy so she could add $35 to my renewal (Kind of sounded weird at the time. $35 and the state will forget the law) I later found out the $250 fee only applies when Im uninsured fo 30+ days... I've been doing business with Freeway Insurance for much longer than I should have. You get what you pay for. Im going to find another insurer ASAP. I dont even care about the money.
