In the high sun areas, my lawn would start off nice, but by the end of summer it would be crab grass filled. In the high shade areas I could not get grass to grow. Within the first year (spring to fall) they had grass growing in the shade areas, and by the next summer I was virtually weed free. I used the inclusive lawn package and annual over seeding. Moving now, so I will miss having their services.
