As busy as he was, he willingly stepped me through the process (ends up I was sold a damaged puller elsewhere), and I was able to continue thanks to his guidance. I will definitely be hiring him when I get my door lock replaced, as thieves tried to steal my truck and drove out the original door lock, and ruined my ignition. And, let's be honest, someone who wouldn't horribly overcharge me because it was after midnight. I found RML, they had good reviews, we're not too far away and so I called. Joey answered and said he could be there in 15 minutes (he was wrapping up a job downtown). He arrived when he said he would and was able to get the deadbolt in the garage open. I have also been wanting to change the locks (being a new home) and Joey came by the next day and got me take care of. Joey was very professional and I felt his costs were extremely reasonable. He was also very easy to communicate with. I hope to never lock myself out again, but if I do, or need locks replaced, RML is where I'll take my business!
