When I arrived after driving all the way down from the hills where I live, I was told they didn't even have my oil in stock. Instead of offering a helpful solution, the manager was dismissive and kind of rude, essentially saying, "I don't know, you'll have to pay more for bottle service." When I asked why the online system didn't flag this before I made the drive, he just claimed they don't see the online information until the customer arrives. What is the point of online scheduling if the shop doesn't use the data to ensure they actually have the inventory? To make matters worse, they didn't even have my oil filter in stock either. I had to leave without getting my oil changed at all. The only saving grace was the auto tech, who was very nice and polite. However, management and the inventory system are completely broken.
