They wouldn't even take a second to listen to my concerns about my car, and the way I was treated felt discriminatory and unwelcoming. I left feeling completely disrespected. One guy didn't even try to understand what exactly I was saying so he told other guy hey just handle it idk what she wants. The other guy came and was speaking a bit aggressively saying well what do you hear? So you don't know exactly??!!. Overall just rude. After I installed both new wheels and tires and a modest lift kit, I wanted to get my 2017 Jeep Wrangler aligned. First time customer, but I chose U Savon Tires based on other Yelp reviews. I was not disappointed! It's a very clean, professional operation with excellent staff. Knowing there's typically a wait associated getting alignments done, I called in advance to see about a time to come in. They took down the make/model/year of my vehicle and then gave me a time to arrive. I ended up being a bit early but they were able to slot me in sooner. I was pleasantly surprised when the tech informed me they'd take it on a short test drive--this is the only alignment shop I've been to that takes the time to do this. Rather than take my untrained descriptions of handling, the techs were ables to get a feel for what needed adjustment prior to the actual alignment. I see this as a bonus, as their observations could help diagnose any bigger issue before hand. As mentioned, I'd just installed a small suspension lift. The tech verified the exact vehicle trim so they'd have a place to start with calibration. Immediately after they used their laser system to do the alignment, the tech again test drove it to confirm all was well--and it was! I was provided with a sheet showing 'before and after' results for comparison. In my case, the alignment wasn't far out and only needed a little tweaking. But U Saveon Tires has given me a piece of mind that my Jeep upgrades are good to go! Highly recommend this shop! read more

After ahopping around those three times, their tire service was still the better price because they included tire rotation and a type of repair. Other places have good prices on just the tire, but do not include balancing, rotation, or repair. It is extra per tire and that's were it is so much more expensive. 3rd update.  So after essentially not driving for a year because of working at home because of Covid, my brakes started squeaking AGAIN.   So a trustworthy mechanic just told me my brakes need to be redone.  I don't know how USavon has these good reviews but they screwed up my brakes twice. I don't believe the last time they put in new rotors and pads like they said they did.   So I had to pay about 240 dollars for new front brake pads. So frustrating. I will end up now within a year and a half and only putting about 10,000 miles total on my car will have spent well over 1500 for brakes- 1000 total to USavon and now I have to pay at least another 500 to have them done right.  If I had the time, I'd report them to the Bureau of Automotive Repair.  Beware. Update: My car needed front brake pads yet again, even though I have been working from home for a year because of Covid. So frustrating. read more

I want to start by saying that after calling the store and reporting the damage the manager offered to have me come in to "make things right" and all repairs done to my car were done properly and in reasonable time. However, after going in to replace my rotors and brake pads I noticed blue scratches on the back of my car where they had clearly set the parts down onto the car and pulled them off without any care or regard for the paint. I ended up getting stranded at the car wash next door to them and the sent a couple of guys over to me to get my truck going again. After it was up I just ended up driving it to them for further repairs. Thought it was my battery but it was the alternator. They were very honest about what was going on. I came in with a smog check problem. They dropped my gas tank and replaced a part. Got smogged elsewhere. When trying to fill up my tank it would keep shutting off, took about 10 min to put a few gallons in. Called them and they said it needs a new valve. Not true. I fixed it myself. But now weeks later when I fill it all the way up gas starts leaking out somewhere. So over 1k later I still have a problem.
