I called and he sort a interviewed me; how many years of experience I had with working on cars or any mechanic experience. I've worked on cars ever since I was 17, more or less. He asked for my age I gave him my age, when I told him that I was 42 (42) his response was like (woah, I'm actually only looking for a younger person, someone who can learn and wants to learn. I told I have worked in a shop for over 4 years and started working on cars since I was 17 or so, he said yeah I'm old and I've been working on cars since the age of 14 and at my age I'm still learning new things but it's hard to retain the information.... I was mind fucked when said that...I felt discriminated an I was!!!! He's one lucky S.O.B that I didn't and probably won't call labor board for being discriminated (it's in all applications that no matter what color, religion, sex gender, age and even if you have any disabilities.. I wonder if BBB will do something about it...

Let me know he can be here first thing in the morning. He showed up on time & charged me reasonably. So convenient because I wouldn't be able to drive the car because it smelled so bad. Definitely would recommend him. He also checked to see if the rat had chewed through any wires and confirmed he didn't. He could've lied and told me he could replace the wires. He was honest helpful. I appreciate him. He really cleaned my ventilation system and provided me some Lysol and told me where I can keep spraying so the ventilation system doesn't smell. If this ever happens to you guys, he is a person to call and also I would recommend peppermint oil after getting the dead animal out.

But what made me trust them and give them a shot was their customer service. Unlike some of these other detailers, they actually answer the phone and responded to my request for a quote. They worked with my schedule, and they even offered to come pick up and drop off my car, which is super convenient since I have a toddler. When I finally called and was ready to book the appointment, the owner of the company Irving took my call and he was super accommodating and worked with my schedule and came out on Saturday morning. Then they gave me a very reasonable quote (I did a LOT of shopping around). And based on all the services they did, it was a very good deal. When they got to my garage, they walked me around my car and told me what they planned to do to each section and which areas are going to be problems. I appreciated their honesty. Multiple detailers in the past made me crazy promises. Inevitably they can't deliver or mess up the paint trying to get a scratch that's too deep. not All Luxury, they told me straight up and that made me wayyy more comfortable. They did not disappoint. I like that they undersold and over-delivered. They spent about half a day and when they came back I was shocked to see how clean and new it all looked! They got rid of scuffs and little rust specks from my paint. There was even an iridescent drip mark on my passenger door window I could never get rid of, and now it's gone! A+++ service and value. I already scheduled an appointment for my wife's car. Really recommend these guys.
