I hate leaving bad reviews but it is necessary. I brought in my son's letterman's jacket to have some patches sewn on. I picked it up a few days later and the patches were crooked on the arm and a large patch on the back was falling off. I returned the jacket to be repaired and picked it up the next day (see pictures for final product). I told the owner I would like to pay for the patches that I purchased from him but would like a refund for the less than satisfactory labor. He told me no refunds. Took a chance on a newer local business, couldn't be happier with the outcome. Their website let me easily upload my image and play around with it on a shirt outline, adjust my quantity requests, select style, then request a quote. Anthony got back to me in just a day (or maybe the same day, I don't remember now). Prices are excellent. Went and saw the shop - it's the real deal, and quality of the designs are fantastic. Made an order, gave him a timeline, and done! He got the shirts finished in time, easy to communicate with, and they look awesome. I'm going to always use Fresh Baked Tees from now on for all my business's apparel and banner designs. This dude is a hard worker, good on his word, and deserves WAY more business. Anthony was very easy to work with. Quick to respond to e-mails, process the order, and ship out. I received my shirts exactly two weeks after the payment was processed (including shipping time). Fresh Baked Tees prices are fairly competitive to what I have seen with other vendors. What's great about Fresh Baked is that I was able to custom design my shirt and have the shirts came fairly quickly for about the same price as shirts I found on Etsy that were either not custom or had a text county limit.
