I specifically said that I like the shirts that I have but they are too big and so I'd like to order them in the next size down. When I got the shirts, they were incredibly too small so I went back to return them. They had all the information for my previous order on record. Turns out the shirts that WERE ORDERED FOR ME were a different model than the shirt that I had ordered before and the new size was incredibly different. When I tried to return them, I was told they would only give me 50% off on another two shirts. WRONG, I went there with a specific need and problem and I wasn't the one who ordered them. That's not the way you handle a mistake made on your end. I've referred a lot of people there over the years as well and that won't happen again and I will never be back. Well, I was looking to get some b & w copies out of a loose-leaf law book that…read moreI was returning to the library and called City Printing to confirm that they made small batch copies, they said yes, so I headed over. I was greeted by a pleasant employee, to whom I explained that I needed copies of a small number of pages from the binder I brought in. She said no problem and I handed her the first stack of 20 or so individual pages. I am assuming she was a new employee because she had to call someone to ask how to load the half sized pages I had handed her. After several minutes I looked up and noticed that instead of placing the stack into the auto-feeder, she was placing each page onto the glass, taking a copy them flipping it over to copy the back. I stopped her and asked why she was doing it like that and she said the auto feeder wasn't keeping the I pages straight (which was due to her loading them in backwards). I explained that the order of the pages was very important and I didn't have confidence that her method could ensure that so I asked her to return the originals. She did. I then asked if they could produce a life-size cutout of a cartoon character for a birthday party I was planning. She took my info and promised a call back with a quote after her boss got back from lunch. So that must be an epic lunch because it has been over a week and no call yet, soooo.....still waiting.
