Call a notary company like this one, it is no more expensive and you'll work with someone who knows what they are doing. I'll never do the bank/UPS thing again. Back to my predicament, I called Notary Crazy and they came to the rescue. Gloria at Notary Crazy got us scheduled the same day and came to us, which was not so glamorous as it was a gas station, and we were able to notarize the needed document.
