(UPS OWNER literally said they didn't feel like dealing with making a box) I was in a panic, this spraying machine HAD to be shipped! We have a huge job in KNOX that needed it ASAP. Although it was a little bulky and 46lbs, Tim and Sue offered me shipping and never made me feel like a burden, not to mention they helped me 20 mins before closing! ANGELS!! Thank you guys so much.
