Even though pretty much every house around the lake owns their own boat, the lake is never crowded except for the 4th of July. They have a wonderful fireworks display on the 4th of July. They also have floating music parties with live musicians and DJ's. It is also great for fishing. If you know someone that lives in this area, you should definitely check this lake out.

Looks like a nice place for a picnic without water access. Let me clarify there is the ability to walk to the waters edge, but it is marshy, grassy and probably really snakey and muddy.
