I doubt anyone would want to go in to talk with these people for fun. Last year, our experience protesting our appraised value was ok. They make it difficult on purpose so you don't save on taxes, just expect to spend a few hours waiting before your hearing. We saved almost 4k on our taxes last year by going through their hassle.

They have all kinds of things going on there including Court, marriages, vehicle title and registration. I was there to transfer title and register my vehicle. There were people in line inside the front of the building only to find out the real line was wrapping around the building outside. That started a big argument over which group was actually there first. There should have been someone to manage this. After waiting in the line for about 2 hours I finally got inside and was able to sit down. I thought I was going to pass out. When my number finally was called, the nicest man, James, helped me. He had a sign at his window saying he was a new employee in training. He made my experience seamless and even allowed me to make a call and have a document emailed over. He made my experience great because I got what I need accomplished. I really appreciate him for his kindness, patience, and assistance.

I wanted to mail off something to my mother and luckily I brought everything in myself and only needed to send it. I was shocked that standard shipping is $10 these days, however, luckily things move faster than they used two years ago. The workers are very nice and helpful as sometimes other post offices in the area aren't that professional anymore.
