He definitely will not let the judge railroad you and will choose to fight battles wisely in order to better use your money and get the most out of the end result you want. Last, his staff are wonderful and helpful. They will post all court orders and legal documents in their portal so you can review it and are never left in the dark when you cannot see anything on Mycase. I feel that there are a lot of bad judges and prosecutors out there and you need someone like Mark who knows how to handle them and what to do if a judge abuses their discretion. I have a pending low level felony charge for Criminal Recklessness with a firearm, and I am 100% innocent of the charge. I believe I am being victimized by police and prosecutorial politics and agendas. They totally went on assumptions and made decisions not based upon real evidence-IMPD Detectives even did not share evidence that would support that I was not reckless just so they could get the judge to find probable cause. I am an Army veteran, and I cannot believe the police and prosecutors are doing this to me instead of going after real criminals and gang bangers.. Mark understands and believes in me. He is doing his best and I appreciate that, because other lawyers are so heavy with caseloads that they cannot put in the time that needs to be put in to win. Mark has and will. He stalked That person and threaten them saying he was going to file a lawsuit Against them if they did not take down the review, Mr. Williams got me out of $15,000 When I asked him for my money back, he told me that I owe him, but he only charged me a flat fee of $15,000 to take my case to trial and put in a motion to suppress In which he never did he told me that he charged me by the hour, but didn't tell me what he charged per hour and said that in the Contract once I terminated him it goes by the hour So I asked him for an accounting Of the work he did that was over a year ago. He never sent me anything. mr. Williams has made several excuses and making up things to charge me per hour he claimed he charged me for the phone call from the jail of me, calling to check and get an update about the case, and that he was researching the motion to suppress and compassionate relief but a compassionate relief Is a post conviction relief and I wasn't sentenced but yet all these things that he said he worked Tirelessly doing he has not sent me in all in all Mr. Williams is a con artist. I highly recommend that no one hires him as your attorney during consultation. He will tell you what you want to hear and say that he would do everything.
