They also took the time to educate us that this is a common problem with aluminum rims in the very cold, and that they cleaned the rim and remounted the tire and the problem was gone. Tom's was also able to get us a great price on a pair of tires and installed them the next day. I'd highly recommend that you try Tom's the next time you need service in the East Palestine area.

He asked the girl who checked us in if she could just let tech know to double check before they give customers wrong info. She pulled the tech aside and told us tell him yourself, so my husband did. Tech had nothing to say except "ok" and gave him a dirty look. There was no "hey we were wrong we apologize"... just nothing. When cars were done my husband tried to tell the tech have a good day and he walked away and didnt even acknowledge him. We came here because ive been a customer in the past and never had an issue. 1. Not having the knowledge to know the difference between AWD and FWD - not good if youre in the vehicle repair business. 2. Not offering any kind of apology when it was YOUR mistake, just bad manners. 3. I had an engine that was bad from when I purchased the car and the warranty was covering the engine. I was told in October that my car would be done in TWO WEEKS... I waited and waited and waited for a call for one to never happen. On January 3rd I called them to ask what was going on. They said oh good news warranty covered your engine. I said yes I know they did. You told me in October it would be done in two weeks and it's now Jan. They both denied making this claim. I have witnesses that heard it. They also stated that we were allowed to make payments to them which is why we agreed to allow them to work on my car. All to turn around and BOLD FACE LIE yet again and state they never said that. They had told my wife over the phone the total without the deductible would be around $300-$400. Include my deductible would around $500 max. I was charged $1050. I paid them all the money and didn't make payments as they had once agreed upon. I talked to my warranty department and they said they sent in the invoice for the car in mid December. Mind you, you cannot do that until the work is supposedly done. When I called on Jan 3, they said it would be 2 more weeks before it was done. If you can trust LIARS to work on your car, then this is the place for you!
