That was about 6 years ago. Since then, Last Call has laundered my clothes regularly especially when there's too many clothes and I'm overwhelmed. They come pick up my funky clothes and bring them back 2 days later hot, fresh, clean and folded. Everything is done so perfectly and I feel like Samantha, when they arrive back.. as If I just twinkled my nose and they're all clean and folded and fresh.. and it's so easy, Knowing I didn't really do it on my own. So, I come here often, typically there is a nice chatty brunette that runs it on Sundays. Today, I don't know who this dude was, but my machines were being used, I was gonna go there and get some change to see how busy it was because sometimes Sunday can be busy and I don't like to be around too many people until I am vaccinated. So, I go into get change and I start getting quarters because I hate those dollar coins, they are useless literally anywhere else, so I started to get quarters back for those too. This overly tan leather head with an 80s haircut comes out of the back supply closet asking me why I'm getting quarters. I say I'm getting change for Laundry, is that okay with him? He said it is if you're doing it here, I had planned on grabbing my laundry and coming back because it didn't seem too busy so I said "yes" and then he proceeds to tell me that If I'm doing my laundry here, I don't need all those quarters. I said yes, I know, but sometimes I don't do my laundry here and I can't use the dollar coins anywhere else, so I'm making change. He starts going on about how they are short on quarters and just kinda being a real dick about it, in front of a laundromat full of people. How about instead of embarrassing folks or being rude, you just put a sign up? Seems like the smart way to go, instead of acting like the change machine police, and sending repeat customers out the door. I didn't love his attitude or the way he spoke to me. So not only did he lose the quarters I was taking but he lost my business and getting those quarters back. ‍ I won't be returning, if we really feel the need to treat people like this over quarters.

The owner was in the back working, and he ran right out to greet me and ask what I needed. Such a sweet, happy guy. He was able to get the clothes back to me, looking fantastic by the way, at the exact time promised. His prices are also great. Decent sized parking lot, but it looks like people just pull up at the actual front door to run in and grab their things. I chose to park along the side. You're in and out in minutes, and you'll feel glad for supporting not only a locally owned business, but a great person in general. I wasn't able to grab any pictures because I was in a hurry, but next time I go, I will post some.
