Then it came winter time and all of my sweaters smelled and I signed up for free pick up and delivery! No Remembering to drop off or pick up THATS THE WORST PART OF DRY CLEANING (at least for me). I also enrolled into automatic pay at the end of the month. They just email me my invoice and it's withdrawn from my account. Some months it's $0 and there's still no charge. My husband and I did have a mix up between ourselves about picking it up vs having our beloved comforter get dropped off. I called them a few weeks later asking about it and I got the best customer service I've gotten in VERY long time. They re cleaned my blanket and dropped it off! I dropped my 2 shirts off on a Thursday evening and since I wasn't in a rush I kept it to the basics and was told I could pick up my shirts on Tuesday afternoon. The employee working was extremely friendly and walked me though the process. Another cool thing I liked about this place is that on top of giving you a ticket with the date on it, they also shoot you a text when the items are ready for pickup, super cool service! I stopped by after receiving a text and it was ready on Tuesday like I was told. I was super satisfied with the job they did and will absolutely be coming back here in the future! That was about 6 years ago. Since then, Last Call has laundered my clothes regularly especially when there's too many clothes and I'm overwhelmed. They come pick up my funky clothes and bring them back 2 days later hot, fresh, clean and folded. Everything is done so perfectly and I feel like Samantha, when they arrive back.. as If I just twinkled my nose and they're all clean and folded and fresh.. and it's so easy, Knowing I didn't really do it on my own. The lady who was working was friendly and helpful. She was able to get me change for the quarter machine and also recommend which size washer and dryer to use. Right after I got some quarters I realized that I didn't even need them because there are credit card readers on every machine here. It only cost me about $10 to wash my duvet compared to spending $40 to send it out to be washed. What a deal! The facility is clean and bright. Tons of machines so you shouldn't have to wait. There are places to sit, relax and even wash tv. There are also washing supplies and some pop and snack vending machines if you need. The entrance was decorated very nicely for Halloween. If you want to drop your stuff off and have it washed they also offer that service, along with dry cleaning and alterations. I will come back here next time I need to wash my duvet. You are required to wear a mask when inside. Everyone was abiding by the rules due to the pandemic.

My other alterations fell through and they were able to rush alter the dress for me. The dress hadn't fit quite right when I came in and, even though I had only intended to get it shortened, they were able to make some small alterations to other parts of the dress to make it fit perfectly. I couldn't be more pleased with the fit of the dress or the accommodating nature of the shop.

I've had mixed experiences of this place but I have to say I think some of the reviews might be fake. I'm not completely sure. You can have a look for yourself. Customer service can be mixed and turnaround time can be really on the unacceptable side of things. It's hit or miss. I don't use these services often otherwise I'd have more to say. They were fairly professional last time I was here, picking something up for my Landlord. My caveat is that it was last winter, not this winter. I came here about 5 times in 6 months but then took forever to write the review. My bad.
