I had the BEST experience with Nina today!!…read more I went in without much of a plan on what kind of earring jewelry I really wanted. Nina not only walked me through all of the options with a pricing sheet in front of me, she helped me measure what size hoop would fit my conch best (an issue I've had for YEARS and never had solved which resulted in me never having jewelry in that piercing) and talked me through why certain jewelry wouldn't work well with my anatomy! She gave me time to look through all of the options and helped whenever I needed. I explained some issues I've had with buying crappy jewelry in the past and she didn't shame me about it, but instead offered advice on how to keep my piercings healthy while not using the greatest quality jewelry until i'm able to upgrade it to better stuff in the future. While the jewelry is expensive, the quality is amazing and the pieces are beautiful. If you're going to buy real gold pieces that are going to last, you'll have to know it's going to be a bit more pricey. Regardless of this, Nina never made me feel pressured to buy anything and made me feel so comfortable the entire process. She's extremely personable and kind, and I had a great time chatting with her throughout the process. I would recommend this place to ANYONE looking for good, quality jewelry from an extremely kind person!!! I genuinely cannot wait to go back and continue adding jewelry to my earring stack.

Low quality Jewlery, horrible customer service and unreasonable high prices. I had a platinum ring…read morewith sapphire that I only had on special occasions . a year later its "supposed Platinum" band was broken in half out of nowhere! I was washing my hand and suddenly the ring broke in two! when I called to have it fixed, they said they will have to ship it to NY, have it evaluated then shipped back to me in at least a month, and I have to pay for it all! I have never had any of my rings brake in 2 pieces ever except from Jay Feder! I'd avoid this place at all cost and making sure others know about it too.

I didn't make a purchase, and won't be returning to the store, because it doesn't display prices. I…read moretalked with ChatGPT about this. Me: No prices were displayed. This annoys me. I don't want to have to ask the staff each time I want to know an item's price. I might have to ask 10 to 15 times. ChatGPT: I totally understand your frustration. It feels awkward to repeatedly ask for prices, especially when you're trying to explore on your own. Some stores do this because they want to engage you directly, but it can make the experience less enjoyable. Transparent pricing would make it easier to browse and make decisions without the extra hassle. Have you considered giving feedback to the store or shopping somewhere with clearly marked prices? That might help reduce the annoyance in the future. It's fairly common in some jewelry stores not to display prices. This practice can be intentional to encourage interaction between customers and sales staff. Me: Interacting with staff is the last thing I want to do. I don't want my decision to be influenced by some sales pitch. ChatGPT: That's completely fair. When you're shopping for something as personal as jewelry, you want the freedom to explore without feeling pressured or influenced by a sales pitch. It makes sense to prefer a store with transparent pricing so you can focus on what you like without any distractions. You should visit stores that clearly display prices. That way, you can make a decision on your own terms, without feeling rushed or influenced by staff.
